Rainforest
The Rainforest vases are a mixture of 3D designed shapes and traditional Scandinavian steamstick technique. The hand shaped pieces have extremely thick glass with weightlessly floating splashes of color. The studiomade collection is inspired by the contrasts of nature, and how it creates harmony.
Rainforest Vase by Sini Majuri has been selected as an outstanding illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Rainforest Vase earned the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2020. The A' Furniture Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that rewards excellent design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
