GTR and Teleport
GTR and Teleport is a co-working space located in an old airport terminal in Sepang, Selangor. The interior serves two companies under one roof, and a tunnel-like entrance made of stacked panels leads into each workspace. Aviation themes guide the design. Airplane turbines are reused as seating in the waiting area, and the bar top is shaped like a wing. A lit walkway acts as a runway that guides movement through the space. Iron plates, rivets, concrete paint and concrete flooring recall the old terminal, while orange tones and lighting add warmth.
GTR and Teleport Office by ELTO Consultancy has been recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. GTR and Teleport Office earned the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
