Collection
Collection is a residential apartment interior in Taiwan, planned to display the collections of the owner, who gathers wine, fashion items and artworks. The original three bedrooms were changed into one bedroom, one living room and one wine cellar. A double-sided cabinet at the entrance acts as a screen, a shoe cabinet and a display unit. A central bar counter separates the living room from the wine cellar. Materials include undecorated wall surfaces, stone, marble and titanium-plated iron parts. The open layout keeps each collection clearly visible.
Collection Residential Apartment by Hui Ting Wang has been recognized as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Collection Residential Apartment received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
