Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion

Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion is a sales center of 697 square meters in Nanjing, China. The interior follows the theme of four waters returning to the hall, in which rainwater from the sloped roof flows from all sides into a central patio. The layout draws on the sequential roofs of traditional Jiangnan houses and expresses Eastern wisdom through modern methods. Materials include metal grids with Chinese patterns, glass bricks, stone and a glass curtain wall. Sunlight through the skylight creates changing light and shadow.

Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion Sales Center by Jay Lee was recognized as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion Sales Center earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
