Guiyang Vanke Guanhu
Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Sales Center is a 1000 square meter interior space for property sales, located beside a lake in China. The layout is open and integrated. A tall shelf holding books and artworks forms part of one wall. Light hues balance the large architectural structures and add a sense of layering. A water bar adjoins the resting and negotiation areas to create a social point. Window blinds reveal parts of the outside scenery. A sunken structure and a circular seating booth offer varied viewing angles. Materials include marble, bronze brushed stainless steel, steel net and wood veneer.
Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Showroom by ONE-CU Interior Design Lab was featured as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Showroom was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
