Airport New City
Airport New City is a sales office interior located in Hangzhou, China. The space covers 1700 square meters and follows a curved design language that matches the surrounding architecture. Rounded forms and soft transitions create a calm atmosphere similar to an art gallery and reduce the visual weight of the dense structural columns. Materials include Spanish glassware, imported microfiber leather, mirror black glass, high-reflectivity stainless steel, straight-grained black oak and neutral gray paint. The result reflects a minimal and future-oriented lifestyle.
Airport New City Sales Office by ZN DESIGN was identified as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Airport New City Sales Office received the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
