Ruyi Mansion
Ruyi Mansion is a sales center interior located in Jiangsu, China, covering 715.2 square meters. The visitor route follows two sections inspired by the Kun opera Peony Pavilion. Crystal bricks with high transparency are arranged in a pixel pattern to form a landscape image on the main wall. The wall represents the distant view, while a stone garden on the floor represents the near view. The chandelier recalls water drops on a lake surface. The interior extends the outdoor water landscape into the indoor space.
Ruyi Mansion Sales Center by Junnan Jin was featured as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Ruyi Mansion Sales Center earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
