Quiet World
Quiet World is a sales center located in the core area of Hangzhou, Zhejiang, close to a wetland park. The interior covers 1037 square meters. The design combines futuristic and natural elements to suggest a park-like community within the city. The concept of the net was drawn from the root systems of plants and of the Internet. A wooden structure forms a net-like ceiling that recalls a rain forest and changes the light and shadow at every step. Pure wood and white are the main colors, and a marble wall and a large art installation complete the calm space.
Quiet World Sales Center by 熊比尔 has been identified as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Quiet World Sales Center earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
