Happy Water
Happy Water is a humidifier for indoor use. The switch is a magnetic ball that floats above the body, so the humidifier is turned on by placing the ball in position. A current sensor detects the change in the magnetic circuit and creates the on and off signals. Water is turned into mist by ultrasonic atomization, and a built-in ultraviolet lamp disinfects the water. The tank holds 4 liters and can work for about ten hours. The form is based on water and the moon, two elements of traditional Chinese culture.
Happy Water Humidifier by Mingxi Li was recognized as a creative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Happy Water Humidifier was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2021. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award that recognizes excellent design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
