Cinque
Cinque is a three seater sofa designed for easy assembly without screws or nails. An original interlocking system allows the sofa to be assembled and disassembled by hand, as often as needed, without tools. The structure is made of birch plywood coupled with Fenix and shaped by numerical control machining. The cushions are covered in eco-leather or natural handmade fabrics. The sofa measures 205 by 88 by 73 centimeters, and only 10 centimeters in height when taken apart, so it can be stored in a small space. Indoor and outdoor versions are available.
Cinque Sofa by Giovanni Agliottone has been highlighted as an exceptional example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Cinque Sofa earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2022. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
