White Forest
White Forest is a residential interior design for a home of about 42 ping in Taichung. The plan includes an entryway, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a study, plus a master bedroom and bathroom and a second bedroom and bathroom. Unnecessary walls were removed to correct the distorted and heavily divided original layout. Gray terrazzo at the entryway connects the kitchen and the dining room. Marble, mirrors, glass tiles and painted solid wood recall rocks, springs and flowers, while aluminum light bands give soft indirect light.
White Forest Residential by ACG Design International has been featured as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. White Forest Residential was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
