Hobot2S
Hobot2S is a window cleaning robot designed for home use. The device measures 240 by 240 by 86 millimeters and holds onto glass by suction, so it can work on windows of any thickness. A dual ultrasonic spray system releases a small amount of water to dissolve stains, and a reusable cloth is fitted to the base. Edge leakage sensors detect window seals and the edges of frameless windows. The voice prompt can be personalized and the firmware updated through a mobile application. Cleaning is done without reaching the glass by hand.
Hobot2S Window Cleaning Robot by Hobot Technology Inc. was highlighted as a creative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Hobot2S Window Cleaning Robot was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2022. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which honors superior design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
