C01
C01 is a residential interior design for a house with one level above ground and two levels underground. The home includes a sunken courtyard and an indoor area of about 300 square meters. Decorative content is reduced, and the space is organized through beams, columns and a half arch. A golden kitchen on the first floor adds contrast. The studio holds a full-height bookshelf with a ladder and a wine cabinet. A tea room, a guest room and custom furniture, including a cabinet for paintings that serves as a workbench, support the life of an artist couple.
C01 Residential by 梁晨 has been identified as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. C01 Residential won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
