Art One
Art One is a landscape design for a residential exhibition area in Shenzhen. The terrain is varied along the axis of the site, and surrounding natural resources are introduced. A group of trees is planted in the core area to form a microclimate and to make the original forest the highlight of the site. An art gallery connects the spaces and includes hollow-carved elements and color blocks. Four functional boxes are placed within the green environment to create experience spaces. The landscape design area covers 6700 square meters.
Art One Residential Exhibition Area by Hu Sun was selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Art One Residential Exhibition Area earned the Silver A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2022. The A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that rewards excellent design of landscape designs, public parks, residential gardens, urban plazas, campus designs, green roofs, waterfront developments, Eco-Parks, botanical gardens and more.
