Jinmao Palace
Jinmao Palace is a sales center located in Fengtai District, Beijing, near the Yongding River. The interior covers 682 square meters on a commercial ground floor. The design introduces landscape and pastoral themes into the city, guided by the idea of a fifteen-minute community living circle. Functions inspired by markets and cafes are placed within the space, and boundaries between areas are softened. The reception hall is decorated with water lights, and a double-height resin acrylic screen echoes the water pattern of the reception background.
Jinmao Palace Sales Center by Panshi Design has been highlighted as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Jinmao Palace Sales Center earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize which honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
