B&B Italia
B&B Italia is a furniture showroom of 540 square meters, set on the ground floor of a commercial building facing the street. The design departs from conventional showroom formats and unites building, landscape and interior into one continuous space. Geometric structures, a glass curtain wall and a garden soften the boundary between the objects and the building. The interior shows a strong sense of volume and clean lines. Translucent semi-open partitions create depth, guide circulation and bring outdoor scenery and daylight into view.
B&B Italia Showroom by OUTIN. DESIGN has been highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. B&B Italia Showroom was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
