Silk Clubhouse
Silk Clubhouse is a hospitality interior located in the Xizha Scenic Area of Wuzhen, China. The design combines traditional Chinese residential styles with the character of mansions of the 1920s and 1930s, arranged as a South China courtyard cluster across 12100 square meters. Stone, wood, hard wrapped fabric and metal are the main materials. In the lobby, the original wood structure is kept and covered with delicate surface finishes. Red door panels mark corridors, entrances and turning points, while Chinese red and emerald green form the interior color scheme.
Silk Clubhouse Hospitality by Yufeng Luo has been identified as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Silk Clubhouse Hospitality won the Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
