Lion King
Lion King is an exhibition hall designed for the international headquarters of a ceramic tile manufacturer in the Foshan Ceramics Headquarters Base. The space is shaped around mechanical aesthetics and the theme of the industrial age, presenting the idea of a future intelligent automated factory. Stainless steel, metallic paint, glass and aluminum veneer form the main materials. Interior wall tiles measuring 400 by 1200 by 9 millimeters are displayed. A new retail circulation strategy is integrated, so product display and commercial experience are combined in one environment.
Lion King Exhibition Hall by Zhuyuan Cai was recognized as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lion King Exhibition Hall was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design award which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
