The Nude Flat
The Nude Flat is a residential interior design in Hong Kong. The interior covers 1,468 square meters and is inspired by Cycladic architecture of the Greek islands. Curved forms are used for walls, furniture and details, so straight lines are rare. The entrance features a curved wall and a wooden floor with an organic lotus pattern. Seamless artificial Ottostone shapes the curved wall, while pink marble is used in the powder room and Calacatta marble in the bathroom. The three original bedrooms were reconfigured into a main suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The Nude Flat Residential House by Maggie Mo Jay Leung was identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Nude Flat Residential House won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
