Home FT3
Home FT3 is a single family house located in Mogliano Veneto, Italy. The house covers about 300 square meters and follows an L shaped plan. A central kitchen volume acts as the pivot of the layout. A double height space is shaped by natural light and holds a light sculpture and the main staircase. The structure is a concrete skeleton that supports the overhangs and an open corner without a column. Exterior walls are clad with insulation and plaster, while interior walls are finished with drywall. Geothermal technology and rainwater collection support energy saving and comfort.
Home FT3 Single Family House by Filippo Caprioglio was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Home FT3 Single Family House was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2023.
