Stodolove
Stodolove is a house created through the conversion of a farm building dating from 1940. The building stands on a plot surrounded by greenery and old fruit trees in Rumia, Poland, in a district that is a remnant of a former village. The simple black form with a pitched roof refers to the old wooden barns still preserved in the area. The facade is clad in charred Scandinavian spruce boards and the roof in charred Siberian larch. Black sliding shutters on the ground floor recall barn doors. The building height is 8500 mm and the floor area is 126 square meters.
