Corner Villa
The Corner Villa is designed to cater to the owner's lifestyle and preferences, providing private spaces for hosting events and relaxation. The courtyard is placed at the rear, away from the parking area, while a deep balcony connects the cozy spaces to the main building. The villa's form utilizes broken and lozenge-shaped lines to create visual appeal and shadow play. Construction materials are prominently and exposedly used to design without the need for meticulous finishing.
Corner Villa Residential by Arash Madani was identified as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Corner Villa Residential was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
