Selftea
Selftea is an automatic tea maker designed for brewing Turkish tea. A dual chamber system repeats the traditional double teapot method, with a 2.5 litre water reservoir and a 1.5 litre teapot. A sliding mechanism moves boiling water into the teapot for infusion without manual work. Temperature control and automated steeping cycles manage the brewing time. The water flow can be adjusted to change tea strength. Stainless steel and heat resistant glass are used for durability and safety. The compact body measures 250 by 210 by 363 millimetres.
Selftea Automatic Turkish Tea Maker by Fatih Saruhan was featured as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Selftea Automatic Turkish Tea Maker won the Silver A' Design Award in Home Appliances Design in 2025. The A' Home Appliances Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and more.
