Beverly Residence
Beverly Residence is a residential interior design located in Happy Valley, Hong Kong. The home covers 130 square meters and contains a living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and a playroom. A large black wooden architrave marks the entrance. Black archways and portals separate the areas while keeping the plan connected. A custom marble fireplace, crafted display shelves and bespoke chairs furnish the living room. Warm textured paint, wooden accents and Calacatta Viola marble form the material palette. Sculptural plants add verticality to the rooms.
Beverly Residence Residential House by Elaine Lu has been selected as a creative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Beverly Residence Residential House was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that rewards superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
