Dreams
Dreams is a conceptual deck of playing cards that explores the relationship between architecture and art through visual narratives. Each card presents a creative figure and shows how imagination moves across disciplines. The deck is intended for play, learning and display. The first edition features Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Rene Magritte and Salvador Dali, combining modernist architecture with surrealist art. The 52 cards are offset printed on 300 gsm carbon core paper and individually die cut. The box is made of rigid cardboard wrapped in textured paper.
Dreams Playing Cards by Studioefs has been identified as an innovative representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Dreams Playing Cards received the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2026. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is a highly prestigious international design accolade which honors superior design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
