Thermal Comfort Residential Space

Thermal Comfort

The Angle is an interior design for a video game customer service center in Taiwan. Simple geometric lines and composite materials shape the space. Hexagon pendant lights are suspended on invisible wires, so the lamps appear to float in the air. The lamp shapes echo the irregular quadrilaterals of the counter top. Slimline desks and Y-shaped tree desks replace traditional office furniture, and low screens allow privacy and interaction. A beveled edge wood collage floor and wood panel walls make the open, cubicle-free workplace feel more spacious.

Thermal Comfort Residential Space by LI MING JR has been highlighted as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Thermal Comfort Residential Space won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
