Heytea
Heytea Xi'an is the interior design of a tea shop for a chain brand, covering 320 square meters. Rammed earth is combined with cement, mirror and metal in the form of geometric blocks to create a pure and concise space. Frosted glass on the facade contrasts with the texture of the rammed earth. Matte stainless steel reflections shape the ceiling and support a modern tone. A structural column is treated as a block device, which gives rhythm to the narrow area. Wheat ears and reeds form a landscape that links the interior with the street.
Heytea Store by Uno Chan has been recognized as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Heytea Store was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
