Love Story of City
Love Story of City is a residential interior design for three connected buildings in Taichung City, Taiwan. The property covers 1000 square meters. The design links indoor and outdoor areas, turning separate exterior spaces into a shared area for activities. Themed landscapes between the buildings guide the indoor traffic flow. Electric windows improve air circulation and reduce air conditioning use. Window frames act as frames for the scenery and reflect direct sunlight to keep interiors comfortable. Stone and tile create a consistent style.
Love Story of City Residential Building by Hsu Fu Chu has been identified as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Love Story of City Residential Building received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
